Monica was sick. She was a bona fide schizophrenic. Her mental illness was genetic. The good thing is that her children are not scarred after all the trouble she causes Jerrod and Nia. Monica is also very intelligent. It is amazing how she is able to get herself out of trouble.Throughout the book Jerrod and Nia pray. They pray together for each other, their families, friends and enemies (Monica). Through all the confusion Monica causes, Jerrod and Nia ask the Lord for protection, guidance and wisdom.
There are a lot of twists and turns throughout the book. All of the characters are either related or have had an encounter with each other.

Awesome book👍👍. Really shows the fraility of humans and the Grace of God. Couldn't stop turning the pages. It was a very impactful read. Forgiveness is not always easy but necessary. I was blessed by the story especially by Nia and Jerrod'a character's. They came alive.
This was an absolute keep you on your toes type book. I really enjoyed this book. I would recommend it to any Christian fiction book fan. There was a few typing errors, but I could feel what was meant to say. I tried looking this author up in my local library and could not find her. I will request her books to get them here in Oklahoma. Thanks.
The content of the book was good. However, I was so disappointed in the writing and grammar. Needed a proofreader
I debated about purchasing this book, I'm glad I did. I can't say all situations mentioned are likely to happen. Most are prostitution and HIV diagnosis. Very common including mental illness, please do not sleep on this author. She is very talented, I am looking forward to the 4th installment. Also scrolling to find another great read by her. Great job.
I liked this story. And it ain't no joke to deal wit a person disorder. Nia is gd person and am happy both this couple believe in the lord. Monica was testing my faith because I would have punched homegirl in the face pregnant and all,lol James I hope it works out for him. Cant wait for part 2 .
This book was very interesting with odd twist an d turns. A page turner I will admit. Some grammar errors but not enough so that it took away from the story. This covered ever devastating scenario that a relationship can ever go through and then some.
What a way to live. This family went thru hell! Wow, this family met everything
That ever existed. Drugs, rape, abuse, Hiv, accident after accident, every possible church disaster,
Cancer, unfaithfulness, theft, greed, jealousy, you name it, it was included!
WOW! SUSPENSE! KIDNAPPING, i love how the author dev3loped each plot.
